Quality management based on internationally accepted standards is integrated into the core processes of the Engineering Division. For a single project, process steps encompassing both quality and HSE management might entail:

  • Defining the QHSE policy and objectives

  • Defining the organisation and responsible parties

  • Allocating resources

  • Monitoring customer satisfaction

  • Conducting internal audits

  • Implementing preventative measures

  • Acquiring and analysing data

  • Evaluating management.

We continually consolidate our quality management system through certifications and an Integrated Management System (IMS).
