IMS has been developed to identify, model, consolidate and improve processes.
These processes provide a guiding light for our daily activities. Precise process blueprints foster understanding and cooperation, both within the Engineering Division, and between the Engineering Division and other divisions or subsidiaries. This transparency helps us build trust with our customers.
IMS is a web-based portal, offering every employee simple, clear access to all necessary information on process flows, with supporting documents and role profiles. It also provides links to any and all relevant regulations.
A feedback tool enables every user to actively contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.
