Our core strategy is aligned to global megatrends. The focus is on energy and the environment, healthcare and dynamic growth in emerging economies. All of these areas are relevant in the sustainable development of our society.
As laid out in our global corporate responsibility policy, we are committed to behaving responsibly towards people and the environment and to conserving natural resources.
In doing so, we pursue two strategic goals: to reduce risks to our business and to our reputation, and to capitalise on opportunities that arise as a result of considering sustainability – both in our business processes and in our relationships with stakeholders. As a result, Linde follows the basic principles of sustainability – which is one of the four principles embedded in the Linde Spirit. The Linde Spirit defines the company's basic values.
