The Linde Group Code of Ethics reflects the expectations of our stakeholders.
Above all, this includes our customers, suppliers and markets as well as our shareholders, employees and the communities in which we live and participate.
The Code of Ethics helps weave integrity into our day-to-day behaviour. Every Linde employee must be familiar with and adhere to the standards and legal regulations that apply to his or her area of work. The code provides a guiding framework and helps reinforce our outstanding reputation and further strengthen relations with stakeholders.
The Code of Ethics applies to all employees, right up to the Executive Board. It is also valid for all employees of Linde AG and Linde subsidiaries across the globe. This includes all companies in which the Linde Group holds a majority stake. In the case of joint ventures where Linde’s interest is below 50 percent, we actively encourage our partners to adopt the standards defined in the Code of Ethics.
