Code of Ethics – The Code of Ethics applies to all Linde Group staff at all levels, up to and including the Executive Board.

The Code of Ethics is equally valid for every employee of Linde AG and its subsidiaries across the globe. This includes all companies in which the Linde Group has at least a 50 percent interest. In joint ventures where Linde’s stake is below 50 percent, we will seek to influence and encourage our partners to adopt the standards defined in our Code of Ethics.
