Linde’s sustainability profile is the combined picture of the action plans implemented according to each of these areas. The focus areas give structure to our approach and help us to continually improve, track and document our performance. Individual activities in these areas are managed by Group HR, Group SHEQ, Corporate Communications & Investor Relations, Group Legal and Internal Audit.
The heads of these corporate functions also sit on the CR Council and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This organisational structure is essential to ensure that sustainability is successfully factored in to strategic decisions affecting The Linde Group.
