Outstanding quality management is a prerequisite for all our business operations.

In the Gases Division, consistently high gas quality is exceptionally important in the Healthcare Global Business Unit and the Electronics Business Area, in particular. Over 65 percent of all Gases Division locations are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001.

Here we have placed particular emphasis on ensuring that all filling stations and production facilities of a similar type work according to the same specifications, so that our customers always receive uniform quality no matter where their Linde products originate.

At special locations, such as cylinder maintenance centres and electronic gases plants, we hold certification for specially tailored quality assurance systems.

Where we produce gases used as food additives (classifying us as a food manufacturer), it goes without saying that we comply with the applicable quality standards (DIN EN ISO 22000).


Complaints management

Quality management is a multifaceted discipline that includes a professional response to complaints.
Customers expect rapid and reliable processing of their concerns, followed by competent investigation and development of specific remedial measures.

Linde Gas Germany is now using a web-based complaints processing system which allows us to meet these legitimate requirements better than ever before.
