SAM (Sustainable Asset Management)

Sustainable Asset Management (SAM) is an investment group focused exclusively on Sustainability Investing. Linde was awarded in two categories: Compared to the other companies of the chemical sector worldwide, Linde achieved the biggest proportional improvement in its sustainability performance compared with last year. Additionally, Linde qualified for the SAM Bronze Class and hereby belongs to the Sustainability Leaders 2009/2010 of the chemical sector.

ASPI Eurozone® index

The ASPI Eurozone® index selects the 120 best rated companies in the Eurozone on the basis of the rating methodology of Vigeo, a French CSR rating agency. Linde has been integrated in this index in 2011.

The ratings agency oekom research has awarded Linde AG an overall rating of B-, placing us in the PRIME category of the agency’s scale. This rating qualifies Linde's listed shares as an environmentally and socially ethical investment.

Investment register since August 2009. These Investment Registers form the basis for the European Collective Quality label „Ethibel EXCELLENCE“, which is awarded to investment funds and financial products only. More than 20 funds currently work with the Ethibel label.
