Internet-based voting system

If you do not wish to attend the Annual General Meeting in person or via a representative of your choice, you can cast your vote by way of postal voting or by issuing power of attorney and voting instructions to the proxy voting representatives named by Linde Aktiengesellschaft. You can use our internet-based voting system for casting your vote here.

Live broadcast on the day of the Annual General Meeting

On the day of the Annual General Meeting, 29 May 2013, from 10 a.m. the statement of the chairman of the Supervisory Board and of the chairman of the Executive Board will be broadcast here.

You will be able to register here for the live broadcast from 28 May 2013.
