At first glance Mathias Kurras has a job like everybody else – at least in terms of office hours. Working as a project manager at Linde’s Advanced Technology Centre in Vienna, with a focus on hydrogen mobility, it’s fair to say his interest in the subject goes far beyond daily business.
Having graduated in mechanical engineering in 2012, he joined Linde in 2016. While Mathias is involved in many different projects, there is one where his enthusiasm and his not-so-distant student days really shine: the Shell Eco-marathon (SEM).
In this video, we follow Mathias, aged 31, amidst the buzzing atmosphere of the race in Singapore, where even companies with a long history of working in the field get inspired by the students’ passion and spirit of discovery.
