Linde works together with employee representatives and trade unions. In Germany, Linde's system of employee representation is two-tiered, consisting of works councils in the decentralised units and a central works council for the Group. In addition, Linde maintains a European Works Council, which supports cross-border communication between employee representatives.
Honest feedback from employees is important to us. We therefore conduct regular global employee surveys. The findings provide us with valuable pointers on how to further increase the satisfaction and motivation of our employees. After evaluating the findings of the surveys, team meetings are held in all departments in order to take a closer look at the status quo and agree on binding measures for improvement.
Ideas for improvement
Additionally, our employees can play an active role by suggesting ways to improve products and processes. A global ideas programme is one way for employees to get involved.
